Compost Tea: Mix one cup of earthworm castings in a gallon of water, stirring vigorously to aerate. Let it sit for an hour and then stir again. Use the finished mixture to water-in the soil around vegetables, annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs. Or you can use as foliar spray by applying the liquid directly to the leaves with a watering can or spray applicator.
