Simply soak your seeds in water for 8 to 12 hours, place them in your sprouting container, in a warm area (70 degrees), and rinse at least twice daily for 6 to 9 days until sprouts have small green leaves. Sprout Seed Safety: A sample from each feedlot we receive is sent to an independent laboratory where it must test negative for food borne pathogens including Escherichia coli (E. coli), Salmonella, Listeria, and Staphylococcus aureus (Staph).
