Huge, deep green, tender leaves are a spinach lover's delight! Give it a bit more room in your plot; the plant can get up to 24" wide, and with 10" long, tender leaves, spinach production is a snap! Also known as simply, 'Viroflay' this mid-1800's variety is extremely vigorous and particularly good for fall sowings. Use the thinned seedlings fresh in salads. This packet sows up to 190 feet. Sow outdoors 4-6 weeks before your average last frost date or when soil temps are above 40 degrees.
