Sansevieria or Mother-in-Law's Tongue is a great plant for the beginner collector. Very tough and adaptable to many growing conditions. Bright light, low light, drafts, and under watering are tolerated quit easily. Sansevieria rarely need repotting, only when the plant is ready to burst out of its existing container. You can however, kill the plant by overwatering in winter and long exposure to freezing temperatures. Sansevieria's come in many beautiful varieties with different variegations on the tall, fleshy, sword-like leaves. The 8" size is perfect for a corner in your house! *Sold in the grower's container.
