Crassula ovata variegate needs bright, indirect light by placing near a south or west-facing window. Repot every 2-3 years with a well-draining soil by mixing half organic potting mix with Sol Soils Succulent Gritty Mix. Do not overwater by letting the soil dry out completely before fully saturating then removing any water that has drained out the bottom. This will prevent root rot which is the number one problem with Jade plants. Jade plants are very easy to grow and great for beginners! *Toxic to pets.
