A Selenicereus species, Dragon Fruit Cactus is a fast growing tropical cactus with night blooming flowers and edible fruit. Thrives in bright light - place near a south or west facing window for optimum sunshine. Dragon Fruit cactus prefer a warm environment with temperatures between 65-85℉ and average home humidity. Keep away from cold, drafty locations. Water when the top 2" of soil drys to the touch making sure the water drains out the bottom. Water less during the winter months. When repotting tropical cactus like Dragon Fruit, use a well draining cactus mix. Be sure to have a drainage hole in the container. Feed with a fruiting plant fertilizer during the growing months and stop during the winter season.
