Burro Tail or Donkey Tail prefers a spot with bright, indirect light. Avoid midday sun to prevent sunburn on the leaves. Water when the soil drys out completely and then water deeply to fully saturate the root system. Drain off any excess water to prevent rot. Use a pot with drainage holes and succulent/cactus potting mix when repotting. Fertilize with a liquid succulent fertilizer at half the recommended dose twice during the growing season.
