Current Opportunities
Garden Center Retail Associate
What you'll do: Work directly with our guests in our garden center retail space. You’ll answer questions and the phone, direct customers, run the register, take care of plants, stock shelves, unload shipments, and keep our sales floor looking gorgeous.
The practical stuff: Friendly, willing to learn and able to work independently? Join us! This is an active, outdoor role. You’ll be on your feet, using the POS to check out customers, pushing carts, moving and carrying garden center items (up to 50 lbs). All the while, embracing all types of Midwest weather—sunshine, rain, and everything in between!

Garden Maintenance Crew
What you'll do: Help us keep local residential gardens thriving all season. You’ll handle hands-on tasks like planting, weeding, pruning, deadheading, mulching, and transplanting.
The practical stuff: If you love being outdoors and don't mind getting your knees dirty, this is for you. It’s physically active work requiring frequent bending, kneeling, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, in all of Minnesota's weather conditions. Prior gardening experience preferred but it is not required.

Holiday Greens Team
What you'll do: Turn spruce tops and a pile of fresh greens into holiday magic! You'll craft porch pots based on team designs and customer requests. Other opportunities to flex your eye for design are likely while working with wreaths and other creative projects.
The practical stuff: Design experience is welcome, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn matter most! Most work happens in our chilly garage and prep areas during November and December, so bring your favorite warm layers, cozy socks, and holiday cheer.

Holiday Tree Lot Crew
What you'll do: Help families find their perfect tree and create favorite holiday traditions! You'll greet guests, help them choose a tree, move and drill trees, load roof racks securely, deliver trees, keep the lot stocked and looking great. Our Tree Lot Crew is an important role and the face of Paisley Gardens during the holiday season!
The practical stuff: It’s fast-paced, festive, and pure winter outdoors. You’ll be lifting and carrying heavy trees (up to 50 lbs) in Minnesota cold, snow, and winter breeze—warm boots and a festive attitude required.

Paisley Projects & Admin Assistant
What you'll do: Keep the behind the scenes Paisley Gardens engine running smoothly! You’ll input shipments, print plant tags, update product info in our POS, and lend a hand with administrative tasks. (Bonus points if you like dabbling in Canva, social media, photography, or small creative projects!)
The ideal fit: Organized, flexible, tech-comfortable, and curious. We don't expect you to know our exact software on day one—we’ll teach you! We're looking for someone with sharp attention to detail who can work independently. We're a small team and you'll likely have some customer interaction as well.
