One of the showiest, longest-blooming garden perennials, phlox are a perfect addition to a sunny to part shade site. They are easy to grow in any well-draining soil and this variety has excellent branching and a compact habit. Its red blooms arrive 2-3 weeks earlier than other cultivars. It grows to be 12-16" tall and wide and is zone 4-9 hardy.
