Kalanchoe Flapjack is an easy, low maintenance, drought resistant, fast-growing succulent. Place Flapjack in a south-facing window or under a grow light to keep its paddle shaped leaves happy. Use a well draining succulent mix when potting and water when completely dry. Fertilize once or twice during the growing season with an organic all purpose fertilizer at half strength. Encourage blooms in later winter/early spring by making sure Flapjack is getting enough light and a little fertilizer. Enjoy the bright green, red tipped leaves but be cautious around pets as Flapjack is poisonous.
