This striking new clematis is strong, beautiful and abundant! Spring flowers are lavender and deep fuchsia color and more varied than the summer flowers. Summer lowers are deep violet in the center of each petal fading to a rich lavender. The lovely pointed petals create an overlapping and very full flower with stunning burgundy tipped anthers. Great repeat blooming. Blooms June-September in full sun to part sun. Grows to a height of 5-6'. Pruning type 2 or 3. Shade roots to keep soil cool and moist. Keep well-watered until established, then water weekly during dry spells.
